Shipping Policy
At Gift Sanctuary, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. During busier periods (October-December), dispatch times may increase to 3-4 working days.
Important Notice – Shipments to the US:
Due to current import tariff regulations, our couriers have temporarily suspended all shipments to the United States. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We're actively monitoring the situation and hope to resume shipping to the US as soon as possible.

UK Mainland

- 100g-3kg: £2.99
- 3kg+: £5.99
Orders are sent via tracked courier service. Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days after dispatch. Large or heavy items may require pallet delivery, and we will contact you to arrange this.
Northern Ireland
- 0-99g: £7.79
- 100g-3kg: £7.99
- 3kg+: £14.50
Delivery can take up to 5 working days after dispatch.
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Scilly Islands
- 0-99g: £7.79
- 100g-3kg: £7.99

International Shipping Rates
European Union (Zone 4)
- 0-499g: £10.00
- 500g-25kg: £30.00
Countries: Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Romania.
Orders are shipped via DHL. EU delivery usually takes up to 1 week after dispatch, but customs may cause delays.
Important: EU orders may incur customs fees, payable by the receiver. We are currently unable to ship to Germany due to customs requirements.
Switzerland & Norway (Zone 5)
- 0-499g: £10.00
- 500g-999g: £13.00
- 1kg-25kg: £35.00
Orders are sent via DHL. For orders over 25kg, shipping costs will be quoted individually.
USA & Canada (Zone 6) - Currently Suspended
- 0-499g: £12.50
- 500g-999g: £18.00

Important Shipping Information
Dangerous Goods Some products (essential oils, room sprays, perfumes, or items containing alcohol) are classified as dangerous goods and can only be shipped by road within the UK and EU. We cannot ship these items by air to international destinations.
PO Box & BFPO Addresses We cannot ship to PO Box addresses within the UK. For BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses, please contact us at info@giftsanctuary.co.uk before placing your order, as shipping costs may vary.
Tracking Information All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
