Mythical Backflow Cones - Vampire Kiss

Vampire Kiss is unapologetically gothic. Rich, dark, and slightly dangerous-smelling, it's what you'd burn if you wanted your home to feel like a Victorian drawing room at midnight. There's definitely fruit in there - dark berries, perhaps blackcurrant - but it's not sweet and innocent. It's deep, almost wine-like, with undertones of something musky and mysterious.

What It Actually Smells Like

Imagine crushing dark berries with your fingers - that initial burst of tart fruitiness. Then add aged wood, a hint of leather, and something vaguely floral (roses, maybe, but old roses, not fresh ones). It's complex without being confusing, and it lingers beautifully.

The backflow effect is particularly dramatic with Vampire Kiss. The dark, billowing smoke looks genuinely eerie as it cascades downward, especially if you burn it in dim lighting. Very atmospheric, very gothic, very effective.

Best Occasions

Evening use, definitely. This isn't a morning scent. Burn it when you want to create ambiance - romantic dinners, Halloween (obviously), cosy autumn evenings, or anytime you're channelling your inner goth. It's also brilliant for masking cooking smells without being obviously air-freshener-ish.

Fair warning: if you prefer light, fresh, or traditionally 'pretty' scents, Vampire Kiss might be too much. It's bold, it's dark, and it makes a statement.

You get 12 backflow cones in a gorgeous box with vampire-themed artwork that's genuinely beautiful. Stamford's Mythical range always has lovely packaging, but this one's particularly striking.

Each cone burns for 15-20 minutes, releasing smoke that flows downward through your backflow burner like mist creeping through a graveyard. Dramatic? Yes. Effective? Absolutely.

Important: Backflow cones only work with backflow burners - the special ones designed to make smoke flow downward. Regular incense holders won't create the waterfall effect.
